Lisa has assisted clients on various customs and international trade regulatory issues including tariff classification, valuation, country of origin determination and country of origin marking. She has experience in administrative proceedings including enforcement proceedings, prior disclosures of violations, requests for binding rulings, and antidumping scope determinations. She also has experience in the area of export regulations.

Lisa graduated cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2007. She was a competitive trial advocate on the Moot Court and Advocacy Board and an associate on the Journal of International Law. She has extensive work and study experience in Beijing, Taipei and Hong Kong, including internships with the Taipei Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department. Lisa has conversational writing and language abilities in Mandarin Chinese.
